At Muxe, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product is missing parts.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos or a video of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.
- Minor color or size differences caused by lighting, screen settings, or manual measurements.
Refunds
If your return request is approved and a replacement is unavailable, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged or defective due to our error.
Delivery
